Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account with us will make future purchases quicker and allow you to track your orders easily.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed and fulfilled quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 3 business days and typically arrive within 5-14 business days from dispatch date.

Our team is working hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding to more locations soon!

How much does shipping cost?

All orders of £100 or more are shipped for FREE. For orders less than £100 standard shipping cost is £4.99.

What if my order is delayed?

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasional delays can happen due to factors beyond our control.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from dispatch excluding holidays, you may be eligible for a refund. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as items are in their original condition.

Can I Pay in Installments with Klarna?

Unfortunately, at this point of time we do not offer split payments.
